I think the level 3 semi autonomous stuff debuts in 2024 as well so my guess is to wait for 12 months to pass as I suspect the full range of engines and options should be available by then
Having bought a f10 and g30 previously I’ve noticed that the full list of options is certainly not available day 1 and it takes a couple do cycles before everything geared up
Previously bmw seem to refresh every 6 months
So if it were me I’d wait for the second model year at earliest before ordering
