Yeh cars are getting far too gimmicky now
I think they pretty much got close to perfection for the f10 and more so the g30
Ergonomics better but the g60 is looking to have too much that on the surface seems to please people when you dig into how it really works, it’s not actually better
Ie
Idrive 8 or later with physical buttons
Touch screen is not the ideal control when driving , you have to look away from the road, refocus your eyes potentially navigate around the menus
Flat bottom steering wheel
C’mon that flat bottom bit serves no purposes and actually makes it worse to feed through your hands
The steering wheel , emphasis on wheel is best , proven to work over more than a hundred years
Personally I find this stuff quite frankly pathetic and just churn to produce something new that can be sold
Not saying that the g60 is a bad car, no doubt it will be great but the above items are in my book, backward step
