4-28-11:
Jogged a mile last night, felt like dieing. Woke up today and felt better, but tired. Ate some oatmeal and off to work.
Light Chicken for lunch, just salt and pepper

with some bell peppers
Gym tonight at 10 or 11pm (hopefully)
update tomorrow, with a weight in also
