No liquor has ever been free at any resort I've ever stayed at.. Ever. You can pay an extra $200 bucks and get an armband from the resort that pays for unlimited drinks...but just for you. So by the time you and your friends add up $200 a pop..... just pay for the drinks individually.
Oh and massages aren't covered, either. Nor are the watercraft, as mentioned, or any activities around town. I visited a brewery in Belize, pretty cool!!
