Week 3 and I've lost 5 pounds. Abs are starting to slowly define themselves. Form is everything, and if you can't keep proper form, then you might as well just not do it. You'll be working the wrong muscles. That's my take on it, at least.
I'm now 5'8 and 150 pounds.
