Ummm sorry will disagree on that one. Having gone both to PSU and Rutgers. Better party school hands down RU. ( Best parties though were in U of Texas) second most football tradition still Rutgers. Until a few years ago we sucked but tradition still there we had the first football game. You are def a better tailgate school!!!! Just my 2 cents having experienced both.
To the OP yea You may want to be careful about transfering I was in the military and was sent all over. I hated online school so I just went to local schools. Every time I transfered I lost some credits.
Waste of time and money.
