Come on, it's simply a money game. Nothing more.

The cars the dealer has on the lot are commodities. Food on their table. You have to see it as a commodity, too.

It's frustrating to read these posts. They got you because you seem to want the car and just to get the deal over with. Why are you starting out in your negotiations at the point where they already know in their heads they are happy ending up at? Always start at zero then reach a compromise that works for you (and you only.)

Pretend you're a hard core capitalist just doing a pure business deal. Be in charge of the game. No emotions. Patience. Learn to say no. Learn to walk away. Realize opportunities are everywhere.
