I think it's idiotic to buy an RS model if you aren't going to be on the track constantly. You are beating yourself to death with the suspension and basing it on the people that bought it that have rationalized their purchase. You'll find on every car board, for every top end race model, the drivers will say "it's not bad" and "you can daily it". There's a reason they make the GT3 and the GT3 RS. IMO, this is clear, the GT3 is by far the better daily driver and if you are only tracking a few times a year, this seems like a no-brainer to me.
GTS, GT3 or GT3 Touring, but RS is full track. If you want full track, for sure get the RS, but your description doesn't sound like that at all.
