🗣Since I have been working with the team, I have witnessed positive changes in myself. One of the most important points has been the increase in self-confidence and improvement in my relationship with the team engineers.
🔸I have learned to cooperate with them instead of giving orders and to feel that everyone is part of the team fighting to achieve common goals.
🔸Also, the determination and will to motivate and pressure the team increased last season, and this is directly related to the increase in interaction with new people.
