ChargeForward has been a PITA for me. I re-enrolled about 3 months ago to the basic level, but have been working with the ChargeForward genius email for the past 2-3 months about trying to get notifications working, and also trying to join the program relating to my local utility. I sort of gave up. If they don't get it working for me within the next 6 weeks, I am leaving the program again and might try in another year or so.

Overall, it's still very buggy. Most times, it doesn't set my settings back correctly after I unplug, sometimes it does. Lot's of software issues and enrollment issues for me. Considering I'm at about a $10 balance after a quarter has passed, the hassle is not worth it.
