Oh how cute! Look you can see their firmware uses a 6-byte date/time representation with the century not stored.

Yes 255s all over is not a good sign, memory corruption or bad pointers possibly.

Suggest rebooting by power cycling the unit by unplugging it, or with the appropriate circuit breaker if a hardwired installation . You might want to keep it unpowered for a minute if you have patience just in case there is a capacitor in there to avoid resets whenever there are momentary voltage drops.
