thanks for all replies, actuall maybe i made a mistake about explanation.
the issue here is not related with application. i already has the acount for BMW prime and My BMW, but the connected drive ( which let us monitor the car remotely, or live traffic info, etc) is not seeing in my car, but can seeing in my friend/s "same" car.
AiredaleDad 6PA is not showing in my car paperwork. Is there a way to understand that i have an Esim ?
my qustion was,
IS, this tool or program or sw, whatever was NOT active in my car and can be activated ??
OR, this is a factory production issue, so if there is no hw or sw installaed , so i shoul forget to use the Connected driver from now on ?
( i check the papers, there is no 6PA
