Other than the obvious more leg room at the rear couple of things different that I noticed:
1) This does have illuminated door sills, whereas the regular 5 series has no door sills at all.
2) You can control the sunroof shade through button on the rear climate control screen
3) The front seat backrest is leather covered and has stitching
4) The rear armrest is much better with storage and integrated cupholders
5) Each of the headrests get their own pillow for additional comfort.
