I believe her husband bought "accidental use of Express Lane" story...
Then again, I did take a couple of wrong turns in the NYC/NJ area and ended up in the wrong tunnel and bridge.... resulting in over $50 of tolls within 2 hours. (but that was my own stupidity)
back to the snow and BMW situation.... I still have a vague memory of the 1979 blizzard... although I was just a kid back then.
all I can remember was being stuck at home for 3 days.
