Haven't been on for a bit but this thread is still going on?! Can't we just let it wither away?!
As curious a mind as I have, there are certain things even I won't touch. Reading the whole thread is one of them. DETRoadster should be nominated for sainthood (but possibly be committed) for sticking with it and provding the occasional TL;DR.
I empathize w/ the OP but something clearly is not right with their relationship. Marriage and kids aren't involved so move on.
