You might be right, but I'm thinking that I'd be an enthusiast who could actually afford the car in the first place LOL!
Mechanically, it's all there obviously. It's weird that on a street car manufacturers just
have to go through all these bolt on wings and change the body work so it looks tacky to get this kind of performance out of them.
I've watched so many F1 races where the aero is KEY to the performance of the car. The driver has a little nick and loses a small appendage that the aerodynamicist spent several hundred hours developing and they driver goes just as fast as they did before.
In the end, I how much "slower" would this car have been if it looked just like the Civic SI coupe? How many more would they have sold because it looks like a grown-up would drive it without being embarrassed?
It's not like Honda can taught their F1 program as being an asset.
