Like I said, the differences I don't think are really all that substantial for average riders just going out and enjoying the water, but for people having fun with some slaloms, I think the Yamaha performed a bit better with this. The Coast Guard limits the top speed of all PWC's to 68 mph. The S3 hull handles better than any Yamaha I have ridden. I love Yamaha outboards, but when it comes to skis, it's Seadoo for me. The build quality is better and they feel more solid. The fit and finish is much better on the Seadoo. Same goes for the technology as well.
