you know, after all these cases against dealers selling on ebay, you would think that they would just not bother fighting it. because no matter how big or small, the dealer has ALWAYS lost. i'm sure there are more cases of dealers winning than losing, but every one of these cases that blows up all over the internet always results in the dealer's loss amid a gigantic PR nightmare. you would think that they would just write off the loss (even though i'm sure that there wasn't anything lost by the dealer except face in this case) and just ship the car.
