Ok, I called the shop, they are confident it's buffing paste and suggested me wiping with water. I did, and it came off. How paint polish ended up inside is a mystery. Thanks for replying.

Sorry but I don't think you can get these panels back to their original shapes, and the bumper is certainly deformed on the edge, there will be panel gap issues
