Not sure how current this is but it's the first time I've seen it. Apparently this is a Porsche dealer in Amsterdam

It happened today. Car was about to be delivered to customer, sounds like the tech who brought it out forgot to put the car in park.

It's the same all over the Netherlands, it's rare to see those idiot parking curbs that you see all over the US. Cars are always being fished out canals in Amsterdam :D

This guy would not have thought a parking curb to be too idiotic in this case.

Did the administrators merge these two threads or has my iPad gone wrong :confused2

Appears from the picture below that the brake calipers were, maybe still are ;) in the paint shop being colour-coded - no one told the mechanic who then decide to move the car.

@[HFW003](contact:199130) - that's the new environmentally friendly water cooled version...just needed a refill before taking it home.

Think someone accidentally reposted it, several hours later, without looking at the forum first

Ok - read the article....How the hell are they gonna get this back onto the flat surface without any further damage?
A crane is the logical choice, but the overhang is likely to prevent the use of a crane...?

Why would anyone put wheels on a car without brakes? That's asking for disaster.
Sad thing is that I still couldn't afford it. Salvage titled but with this type of documentation? I would pay for that.
They should be able to develop a method to get the front end up without "dragging" it over that edge.
They need to hire a small crane operator and a couple engineers who know how to weld.
